Please Welcome the Class of 2024

UTAH COWGIRL COLLECTIVE

The Utah Cowgirl Collective is comprised of six cowgirl ambassadors, selected from the region, who have committed to a year of service to help the community, educate youth on the western lifestyle, and promote connection, kinship, and cowgirl grit among all women.

Congratulations to the new six ladies that will comprise the Utah Cowgirl Collective Class of 2024!

Who are we?

In a continuous effort to expand its educational and charitable impact, The Utah Days of ‘47 Rodeo created The Utah Cowgirl collective—a scholarship program dedicated to the strength of women and the rich spirit of western culture.

Each year, the UCC will be comprised of six ambassadors from across the region who will serve our community and promote the western way of life.

These women will be selected for their excellent horsemanship skills and will stand as examples of determination, compassion, and grace

What do we do?

Once selected, UCC ambassadors will commit to a yearlong mission of service, education, and leadership.

They will:

  • Teach youth and families about western culture

  • Share Utah’s pioneer heritage with others

  • Stand as public relations representatives for the Utah Days of ‘47 Rodeo

  • Partner with several charitable organizations

  • Give back to the community by committing to 300 hours service

How much is the scholarship?

Each UCC ambassador, upon completing a year of service and fulfilling all obligations, will receive a $10,000 scholarship.

Who can join?

We're calling all cowgirls who embody western culture to apply for the UCC scholarship program.

Each applicant must exhibit great horsemanship skills, demonstrate a desire to serve their community, and be willing to stand as a public relations ambassador for the Days of ‘47 Rodeo.

All applicants must reside in Utah, Idaho, or Wyoming and be between the ages of 19 and 25.

Class of 2025 Applications will be open in March 2025
